DELIVERY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
UK Deliveries - We provide a next working
day dispatch service on all stock items. Orders placed on
any weekday will be dispatched the following day by 1st Class
Royal Mail and should be with you the day after.
EU Deliveries - There is no extra charge
for EU deliveries, but please allow an extra 2-5 days for
delivery.
Worldwide Deliveries - We ship globally,
but if you are based outside of the EU, please visit our international
site.
If your requested item is out of stock we will contact you
the same day to offer you a similar item of the same value
or a free upgrade.
At Russian Keyboards we will only be happy if you are completely
satisfied with our service and we will strive to make your
transaction as smooth as possible. If you have any questions

WARRANTY
All keyboards are new and are covered by a manufacturer warranty
dated from the point of sale. All items carry a minimum 1
year guarantee againts fault or failure. Acme keyboards carry
a 5 year guarantee for added peace of mind. Warranties do
not cover normal wear and tear.
RETURNS
Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason
you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us
in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received
the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you
paid for the item. Some keyboards may require drivers to be
installed on your computer. In most circumstances, these drivers
will be supplied by the manufacturer and will be included
in your purchase. If you experience difficulties please contact
technical support at techsupport@russiankeyboard.co.uk
for assistance before returning any goods as keyboards that
do not work due to incorrect installation are not classed
as being faulty. Please note that we reserve the right not
to accept items that have been returned to us after 7 days
unless they are faulty.
RETURNING ITEMS
Goods must be returned by the Buyer to Aspect7 Trading,
18 Larkspur Road, Lincoln, LN2 4SS and should be adequately
insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive
a full refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including
delivery charges, if any) within 14 days of cancellation via
the same payment route as per the purchase. If the product
is declared faulty and is found to be faulty upon examination
then return postage charges will also be re-imbursed to the
buyer. If the product is returned for any other reason, or
is not found to be faulty upon examination then return postage
will not be reimbursed. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods
following cancellation, then no refund can be issued. Goods
to be returned must clearly show the order date and customers'
address on the package. Where returned Goods are found to
be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable
for the cost of any repair.
PRICES
The price of the Goods shall be that which is stipulated
on the Website. The price is inclusive of VAT if applicable
but does not include delivery charges. The total purchase
price, including delivery charges, will be displayed in your
shopping basket prior to confirming the order.
